1. 🔑 Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Late check-out is only possible with prior arrangement and may involve an extra charge.
- If you decide to shorten your stay, I am unable to refund any amount.
- Upon departure, please place all keys in the key safe. Lost keys will incur a 30,000 HUF replacement fee.
- I am available on-site at arrival and departure times if requested in advance.
2. 🆔 Guest Registration
According to the law in force since 2021, all guests must present a valid photo ID (identity card, passport, or driver’s license) at check-in. The accommodation is required to register the data electronically in the Closed Guest Information Database (VIZA). Identification is mandatory from the age of 6.
3. 🛏️ Room / Furniture Use
- Please use the furniture and equipment properly.
- Do not remove any items such as towels, blankets, bed linen, etc. from the apartment.
4. 🍽 Meals
- The apartment is equipped with a well-furnished kitchen where simple meals can be prepared. Please use kitchen appliances as intended.
- Do not place any metal items in the microwave.
- Guests are required to clean used dishes and utensils after use.
5. 🔥 Outdoor Cooking / Grilling
- Grilling and cauldron cooking is only permitted at the designated area.
- Always respect fire bans.
• Please clean the area after use.
6. 🚭 Smoking
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
- Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas (yard, pergola, terrace). Please use the ashtrays provided.
7. 🛁 Jacuzzi / Air Conditioning Use
- The jacuzzi is available upon request and after proper water change and cleaning.
- Do not use bath oils, sunscreen, or shower gels in the jacuzzi.
• Do not jump into the jacuzzi — only step in gently. - Use the air conditioner only with doors and windows closed, and turn it off when leaving the apartment.
8. 🔇 Quiet Hours
- Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
9. 📶 Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
10. 🅿️ Parking
- Parking for one vehicle is available in the closed courtyard.
- Additional vehicles can be parked on the street according to traffic regulations.
11. ✨ Cleaning / Damages
- Please leave the apartment clean and tidy.
- For stays longer than 7 days, linen/towel change and cleaning are provided upon prior arrangement.
- The host is not liable for and cannot compensate for:
- damages caused by natural disasters (e.g. hail, lightning)
- service interruptions or malfunctions by utility providers
- personal accidents, injuries, or property damage
- I do not accept responsibility for personal belongings left behind.
- Guests are fully financially liable for any damage they cause.
- Please report any breakage or damage — it’s not a problem if it happens, but it is, if I don’t know about it.
12. 🚫 Prohibited Activities
- Parties, stag or hen nights are not allowed.
- Any illegal activity is strictly forbidden on the premises.
13. 🆘 In Case of Emergency
- In case of fire, accident, or sudden illness, call the emergency number 112 immediately.
- Please notify me of any extraordinary events — I’m available by phone 24/7.
