Please read the most important information regarding the booking carefully.
Booking process
The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
Booking and stay are only permitted in the presence of at least one person aged 18 or over. Minors may not stay independently.
The accommodation must be booked at least 5 days prior to arrival.
The minimum stay is 2 nights, which may be longer during certain periods. The applicable minimum stay is always clearly indicated in the booking calendar.
To confirm the booking, the full accommodation fee and the tourist tax (IFA) must be paid in advance, in a single payment.
A confirmation will be sent in all cases upon receipt of payment.
The booking amount can be paid using the following payment methods: Bank card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Tourist/City Tax (IFA)
The amount of the tourist tax is determined by the applicable regulation of the Municipality of Hajdúszoboszló.

The tourist tax is charged at the time of booking, in accordance with the applicable legislation, only for guests aged 18 and over, on a per person / per night basis.
Cancellation and modification policy
Important!
Cancellation and modification of reservations are only accepted by email, sent to sparklingtimeapartman@gmail.com.
We are unable to accept cancellations or modifications submitted in any other way.
Please make sure to include your Booking ID received at the time of reservation in your email.
Cancellation Policy
The guest may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
In this case, the paid amount will be refunded by bank transfer within a maximum of 5 business days.
Refunds are always made by bank transfer, regardless of the original payment method.
If the guest cancels the reservation within 7 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation example
If the guest is scheduled to arrive on July 10, the reservation may be cancelled free of charge until July 2 at 11:59 PM.
After this time, cancellation will be subject to a fee.
Modification Policy
If the guest wishes to change the dates of the stay,
the modification process is as follows:
- Cancel the existing reservation by sending an email to sparklingtimeapartman@gmail.com.
Please make sure to include the Booking ID received at the time of reservation. - Make a new reservation for the desired dates via the website.
To ensure that the new dates remain available, we recommend that once the cancellation email has been sent, you immediately book the desired new dates, thus avoiding the possibility of another guest reserving them in the meantime.
In the case of a free cancellation, the amount of the cancelled reservation will be refunded according to the above conditions.

Discounts and coupons
The accommodation offers seasonal discounts and promotions under the following conditions:
- Discounts are available for stays of at least 7 nights.
Long-term stay discounts apply for stays of at least 30 nights.
Discounts may be automatically applied during the booking process, provided the length of stay meets the conditions.
In addition, further discounts may be available using coupon codes.
To obtain coupons and stay informed about current promotions, please follow and monitor our social media channels, where we regularly share our latest offers.
Discounts and coupons cannot be combined and are valid only under the current terms and conditions.
Discounts are not available during all periods, and the booking system automatically indicates the applicable conditions.
Additional Information
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only in the yard, under the pergola, or on the terrace.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 08:00; during this time, disturbing the peace with noise is not permitted.
- Internet: Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property.
- Parking: Free parking is available on the public street in front of the house and in the courtyard.
- Access: Keys can be collected from a secure lockbox located on-site; the access code will be sent prior to arrival.
- By making a booking, Guests accept the house rules.
- Guests are required to use the accommodation as intended. Any damage resulting from improper use or vandalism shall be borne by the Guest.
